Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare sample and mobile phase/buffer solutions.
● Perform analytical tests using HPLC/UHPLC, UV-Vis spectrometer, and other laboratory instruments.
● Conduct method development for RP-HPLC, IEX, and normal-phase chromatography.
● Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments (pH meter, weighing balance, micropipettes, HPLC/UHPLC, etc.).
● Prepare and standardize stock and reference solutions.
● Draft and review quality documents such as MOA, protocols, reports, SOPs.
● Support analytical method feasibility, development, verification, qualification, and validation.
● Ensure accurate data acquisition, result review, and documentation in lab notebooks.
● Perform routine testing by following Standard Test Procedures (STPs) under cGLP & cGDP practices.
● Handle general lab duties, including instrument cleaning, sample/column management, and inventory.
Required Skills & Expertise:
● Hands-on experience with analytical instruments: pH meter, analytical weighing balance, UV/Vis spectrophotometer, HPLC/UHPLC.
● Proficiency in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, API, and drug product testing.
● Knowledge of analytical HPLC methods (reversed-phase, ion-exchange, and normal phase chromatography).
● Understanding of HPLC-based method development and validation (in-process, API, and finished product samples).
● Familiarity with chromatography software such as LabSolutions, OpenLab, and Chromeleon.
● Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
