Key Responsibilities
QMS Documentation & Control
Create, maintain, and review quality documentation such as SOPs, quality manuals, change controls, and batch records.
Internal Audits & Compliance
Plan and conduct internal QMS audits to assess compliance with cGMP, ISO standards, and internal policies.
Support external audits and certification maintenance.
Deviation, CAPA & Risk Management
Track deviations, initiate and follow CAPA, conduct root cause analysis, and manage corrective/preventive actions.
Change Control Process
Review, approve, and document changes that could impact product quality or compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with QA, Production, QC, Regulatory, and other teams to ensure QMS alignment across operations.
Training & Awareness
Conduct QMS-related training for employees on topics like document control, CAPA, audits, and deviations.
Quality Performance & Reporting
Prepare and present QMS performance reports, audit findings, CAPA status, and improvement initiatives.
