Qualifications:

MSc Chemistry with first class, OR B.Tech Food Technology, OR MSc in Life Sciences with Chemistry in BSc.

2–3 years’ experience in analytical/microbiological laboratories, preferably in food or pharma.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct proximate profile testing for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, including complaint samples and new raw materials.

Perform Mycotoxin/Aflatoxin analysis using ELISA and HPLC.

Test and release packaging materials per defined plans.
-
Support the development and stabilization of in-house analytical techniques.

Maintain trend records and manage consumables for the analytical lab.
-
Communicate the release status of RM, PM, and finished products.
-
Ensure maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments.

Coordinate third-party testing and implement lab standard requirements.

Support internal audits, sanitation checks, and quality management programs.
