Job Summary
As an Executive – MS&T, you will support internal and external product technology transfers, provide technical documentation and troubleshooting expertise, and contribute to process development, lifecycle management, and supplier-driven changes. Your role will directly impact manufacturing efficiency, regulatory readiness, and global compliance in solid oral dosage forms.
MSAT Executive Job at Apotex – Key Responsibilities
- Technology Transfer
- Execute internal technology transfers across Apotex sites and within ARPL (India).
- Lead new product transfers from R&D to commercial scale.
- Prepare critical documentation, including MFR, TRE, Protocols, CPV/PPQ reports, and Form-C.
- Manufacturing Support
- Provide on-site troubleshooting for commercial batch processing issues.
- Draft Technical Investigation Reports (TIR), SME responses, and TSRs as per QMS guidelines.
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM)
- Ensure consistent product and process robustness throughout their lifecycle.
- Generate documentation for process verifications, protocol monitoring, and validation support.
- Supplier Driven Changes (SDC)
- Support documentation and execution of changes related to raw materials and suppliers.
- Prepare MAR, MFR, and TRA for compliant implementation.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain full compliance with GMP, regulatory, and quality system standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Validation teams.
MSAT Executive Job at Apotex – Job Requirements
- Education
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Science (preferred: M. Pharm or M.Sc).
- Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in solid dosage form manufacturing, preferably for regulated markets (US, EU, Canada, Australia).
- Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of tech transfer, scale-up, and process validation.
- Familiar with GMP, ICH, and international regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in MS Office, QMS platforms, and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
