- Monitor and analyze adverse drug reactions to support product safety.
- Interpret and apply regulatory intelligence to improve compliance processes.
- Offer pharmacovigilance guidance to enhance customer service outcomes.
- Develop strategies for risk management and mitigation.
- Ensure alignment with global regulatory standards and documentation.
- Lead initiatives in drug safety, R&D support, and regulatory submissions.
- Conduct data analysis using advanced PV tools and systems.
- Facilitate communication across clinical, safety, and regulatory teams.
- Stay current with industry updates, compliance trends, and regulatory shifts.
TM-Pharmacovigilance at Cognizant – Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) or Life Sciences.
- Certified Pharmacovigilance Professional or equivalent recognized certification.
- Strong background in customer service within the pharma domain.
- Understanding of regulatory affairs, R&D, and compliance protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts under a hybrid model.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
