Role Overview:
As a Drug Safety Associate I/II, you will support global pharmacovigilance activities, including processing safety reports from clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance. You will also ensure compliance with global safety standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project-specific safety workflows and templates
- Support the safety database setup and testing
- Triage and process case reports for completeness and accuracy
- Code, enter, and maintain drug safety information
- Write case narratives and generate follow-up queries
- Support expedited reporting and regulatory submissions
- Assist during audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with investigators, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Perform literature reviews and data analysis as required
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
- Familiarity with PV databases (e.g., LifeSphere Multivigilance)
- Good interpersonal skills and team collaboration
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical environment preferred
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a healthcare-related field - Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety
