Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) role located in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The IPQA professional will oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards for the manufacturing and packaging processes. Responsibilities include monitoring critical process control points, conducting in-process checks and documentation, reviewing batch records, and ensuring adherence to GMP guidelines and regulatory compliance within the facility. Additional duties involve coordinating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines, regulatory standards, and compliance procedures in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in in-process quality assurance, documentation, and process monitoring
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality-related issues
- Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and equipment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Educational background in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred)
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry; API process experience is a plus.
