Core Purpose of the Role:
The QMS Reviewer role provides exposure to drug substance development, client interaction across the globe, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. From product introduction to discontinuation, this role offers end-to-end learning in product development and commercial manufacturing.
Role Accountabilities:
- Adhere to GMP, GDP, and GLP while performing assigned tasks
- Review, revise, and create SOPs, protocols, calibration schedules, and related documents
- Review and approve Master BMR, PDR, and ensure compliance
- Verify product details, labels, CoAs, dispatch records, and issue clearance for activities
- Assess SOPs vs guidelines for gaps and initiate corrective actions
- Lead investigations for OOS/OOT, identify root causes, and propose CAPAs
- Prepare and review QMS trends (Deviations, LIR, OOS, OOT, Change control, Complaints)
- Manage returned products and recalls
Specific Requirements:
- Experience: 3–6 years in QMS activities (Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, OOS, LIRs)
- Must have client handling experience
- Strong knowledge of Good Documentation and Laboratory Practices
- Expertise in reviewing Master Batch Records, Analytical Documents
- Excellent coordination with cross-functional teams
Skills & Capabilities:
- Expertise in QMS-related activities
- Change control and CAPA assessment
- Strong communication skills
Education: M.Sc. in Chemistry
