About the Role:
The Regulatory Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Product Regulatory department, ensuring compliance with global regulations, assisting customers with regulatory needs, and facilitating the introduction of new products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Author Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) compliant with global standards
- Assist customers with regulatory documentation and product compliance queries
- Research and confirm TSCA status of products and imported raw materials, completing all necessary compliance paperwork
- Support secondary business operations with product regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review regulatory submissions for government and state agencies
- Conduct regulatory research, including Asia-specific GHS analyses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar regulatory role
- Strong knowledge of global chemical inventories and GHS regulations across Asia, Europe, and the US
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Proficiency in researching new regulatory information and interpreting complex technical documents
