- Qualification and Experience:
M.Sc (Organic / Analytical Chemistry) or B. Pharm with 2–6 years of experience as an analyst in the Pharmaceuticals / API industry. Candidates must have sound GMP & GLP knowledge preferred for Quality Control.
Responsibilities:
Analysis:

Perform timely sampling and analysis of raw materials, bulk products, intermediates, finished goods, and other samples.

Analyze stability, process validation samples, and cleaning validation as Quality Control.

Handle instruments like HPLC, GC, UV & IR spectrophotometer, Dissolution tester, auto-titrator, polarimeter, etc.
Good Laboratory Practice:
-
Calibrate and maintain lab equipment; assist in equipment qualification.

Prepare SOPs, formats, and analytical test records.
-
Manage reference and working standards, reagents, and chemicals.

Maintain and observe control samples and document records for Quality Control.

Participate in investigations of out-of-specification results.

Maintain laboratory raw data related to testing activity.
Validation:
-
Perform analytical method validation and cleaning validation as per protocol.
Other:
-
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for analytical tasks.

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements in the QC lab.

Identify and correct unsafe conditions/behaviours and report hazards for Quality Control.

Handle assignments/projects as instructed by the department head.
