- Product Demonstration and Technical Qualification Exercise: Conduct product demonstrations and technical qualification exercises at the Demo lab (COE).
- DSAR Activities: Ensure successful conversion of all DSAR activities.
- Solution Development: Revalidate existing solutions and develop new applications in line with business/market needs.
- Customer Support: Address internal and external customer concerns promptly through remote support and on-site visits.
- Project Execution: Develop project-driven business solutions for specific submarket segments as per commercial requirements.
- Database Management: Compile troubleshooting plans, playbooks, and sales collateral to support product features and customer needs.
- Problem-Solving: Research and explore alternate solutions for complex issues.
- Compliance: Adhere to EHS policies while working in the COE.
Basic Qualifications
- Education: Minimum educational qualification M. Sc. (Analytical/Inorganic/Organic/Physical/Food Technology), Preferably Ph.D. Chemistry.
- Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of hands-on operational experience in instrument techniques and data interpretation.
