Position Overview
The NPD Manager at Foxtale will play a key role in the development and launch of new skincare products. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in skincare product development who is eager to grow their career. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure that our products meet the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Assist in the development of new skincare products, supporting the process from initial concept through to launch.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and production teams to help create products that align with Foxtale’s vision and consumer needs.
- Contribute ideas for new formulations, ingredients, and packaging based on market trends and consumer insights.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to gather insights on trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products.
- Analyze feedback and performance data to help refine product concepts and inform future development.
Project Coordination
- Support the creation and management of project plans, including timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are met and products are delivered on time.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure new products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing regulatory documentation and submissions.
Innovation and Strategy
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to product innovation.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align product development efforts with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in skincare product development or a related role.
- Basic understanding of skincare formulations, ingredient technologies, and packaging.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and analytical abilities.
- Enthusiasm for skincare and a desire to contribute to innovative product development.
