Job Description:
Masters in Food Technology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Chemistry. Minimum 7-8 Years of overall experience, in food & beverage industry, of which at least 1-3 years of regulatory experience.
Technical expertise:
- Good understanding of various food regulations of FSSAI & Legal Metrology.
- Knowledge of food additives, ingredients, and their applications is a must.
- Knowledge of Analytical & microbiological parameters and their limits.
- Knowledge of licensing regulations and factory acts.
• Internal Focus: Understanding of alcobev regulations and interpretations.
• External focus: Be on the lookout for new rules/amendments that can be smoothly incorporated by the organization and be compliant.
Best suited for someone who – Is keen to learn on the go and interpret rules and regulations and for someone who has a keen sense of attention to detail.
