Job Profile: R&D Formulation
Key Responsibilities:
- Need to develop various personal care formulations including rinse off and leave on products for skin care, hair care, body care etc.
- Literature search and evaluation of various personal care formulations.
- Conducting day to day experiments as per Project Execution Plan.
- Process & Formulation optimization for cost benefits.
- Scale up & Pilot batches for commercials.
- Regular review of the results and take corrective actions.
- Timely reporting of results to the team lead.
- Documentation of experimental results in standard formats.
- To Conduct Stability studies as per regulatory.
Qualification:
- B. Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)/B.Tech, M.Tech (Cosmetics)
- 0-2 years of experience in personal care/cosmetics/Pharma topical division.
- Experience in working in lab and handling various formulation equipment.
- Good understanding of different type of formulations in Personal Care.
- Knowledge of analytical equipment’s related to formulations.
