Personal Care R&D Scientist
Create disruptive “fresh” and natural personal care products using fresh ingredients, minimal processing and no preservatives
What will you be doing:
1. Primary
a. Formulate new natural personal care products with the intent that the products have a more food like feel and texture
b. Define the formulation steps to scale the formulations for mid-scale to large-scale production
c. Test raw ingredients and finished products to ensure it meets the defined chemical characteristics
2. Secondary
a. Assist in definin
g the manufacturing process norms for compliance with government and industry standardsb. Set safety and quality standards
Skill sets
- Master’s degree in chemistry/biochemistry or pharma. Prefer person having Post doctorate
- Ideally worked in personal care research and development of a company and has formulated own products
- Experience in formulating natural or Ayurvedic products. Preferable if formulated 100% natural products and has good understanding of natural preservatives, stabilisers, emulsifiers, surfactants, etc.
- 2+ years of industry experience
Work Location: Sector 18, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon
Work Days: Monday – Saturday
