Job Description
Position – TM – Production Chemist
Qualifications: B.Sc. /M.SC/BTech Chemical.
Experience : 3yrs to 10 yrs.
Job Specification –
v Knowledge on peptides
v Handling and trouble shoot or preparations in HPLC.
v Knowledge on Lypolizer
v Handling knowledge on solution & solid phase of the peptide’s synthesis.
v To follow the clean room practices as per defined SOPs.
v Ensure the gauges, transmitter etc. Calibrations & equipment’s preventive maintenance before executing the batches.
v To Procure raw material from warehouse
v To enter/ensure the batch related (Start time, input, output etc.) in SAP.
v Maintain and calibrate the measuring devices in the concerned production area.
v To execute the batches (Trail/Process Performance Qualification / Commercial etc.) as per the production planning schedule.
v Detail knowledge & experience on CGMP
