Eligbility Criteria:
Minimum Educational Qualification Any stream, however, Science or Pharmacy is preferred
- Experience in Pharmaceutical selling and worked as ASM at least 2-3 years
- An overall exposure from both RX as well as OTC will be preferred
- Program content development
- Program impact Assessment
- Stake holder engagement
- Have good understanding of all technology-based platforms functionality and use at a best level as a blended learning approach in his area of influence
Roles and Responsibilities
- RTM is responsible to build sales capability (Sales representatives and managers) of the field force in the geography of his influence. This is achieved through identifying, training needs & developing content and delivering it effectively. RTM to coach the ASM to develop his team’s product knowledge, Selling skills and Behaviors that ensure his teams in-clinic effectiveness. RTM to spend 80% of their time exemplifying the skills and knowledge during JFW
- He is responsible for Induction of new recruits and ongoing knowledge reinforcement to Sales reps and Area manager
- Facilitate all (Classroom/Virtual) training programmer/cycle meeting/Monthly Quiz
- Cascading HO led initiatives
