Minimum Qualifications/Skills Required:

• BSC/MSC (Chemistry)
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Strong commitment to collaboration and team work as to work closely with Production,
• Sourcing and Quality.
• Well versed with MS Words, Excel
• Problem solving, analytical instrument working knowledge
• 0 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Role Description

This position will be responsible for chemical testing for products manufactured in factory premises to meet customer expectations by following PPI, 4i values, safety policies and Business Code of Practice of Thermo Fisher

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Chemical Testing of analytical instruments/Analyzer & its sub-assemblies
• Method development for Customer Samples/Application.
• Provide Inspection status for final testing until product is handed over to execution.
• Maintain Quality Records, Calibration, Objective monitoring etc.
• Accountability of incoming material & outgoing material.
• Updating Quality Documents for existing product for Continuous improvement
• Identify and record any product, process and quality system problems
• Support Practical Process Improvement (PPI) activity.
• Standard /Sample Preparation
• Spare parts support
• Support to QA and Application Lab
• Maintain Cylinder and testing standard stock for inhouse Testing.
• Support to Physical Inventory Count Verification
• Onsite Customer Support whenever required.
• Achieve the set organizational and Individual Goals.
