Job Title: Production Documentation Specialist II
Job Description
- To implement Good Manufacturing practices in production department and ensure Quality Compliance
- To prepare and review the investigations related to Deviations, OOS, OOT, Market complaints, Exception reports, Alerts Limits etc.
- Initiation, review and impact assessment of other Quality management systems such as Change controls, Temporary changes, CAPAs, Risk assessment etc.
- Preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) in the system in line with the regulatory standards and ensure their compliance
- To ensure readiness of the department for regulatory inspections and ensure their compliance
- Participate in the regulatory inspections and internal audits
- Identification of Quality improvement areas in the department and implement the best practices to enhance the existing controls and systems
- To ensure compliance to the current requirements of policy and procedure on Data Integrity
- To ensure that the GxP data handling is secure and adopt measures to prevent any manipulation
Qualifications
B
Pharm/M Pharm with 4-6 years experience in DocumentationFunction Manufacturing
