Research Associate post is to be filled up on purely temporary basis under the project entitled “A novel diagnostic tool to aid vaccine evaluation and surveillance of enterotoxigenic E. coli and Shigella” funded by JHU. The selected candidate will work under Dr Shnata Dutta, Director and Dr Asish K. Mukhopadhyay’ of this Institute till December 31, 2020:

Tenure: March 31, 2021
Eligibility: M.Pharm with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
Desirable:-
1. Doctoral thesis on basic or disease-related Research.
2. Hand-on expertise in Real-time PCR.
Salary: Rs. 47,000/- p.m. + HRA as per ICMR Rules
Age: Not Exceeding 40 years
Terms & Conditions:
- The post is for External sponsored project undertaken by the Institute/Principal Investigator and no claim in future for employment under the ICMR/Institute shall be tenable.
- Appointment will be on a Contractual Basis.
- If the performance of the appointee is not satisfactory, an appointment can be terminated at any time without any notice.
- Age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per Govt. of India Rules.
