IACS Chemistry Jobs 2020 – Junior Research Fellow Post
A Walk-in-Interview will be held at the school of Materials Sciences on January 21, 2020 at 3.00 PM for the recruitment of one Research Associate-I (RA-I). Interested candidates with the following qualifications are required to appear along with a full bio-data.
Essential qualifications: Candidates must have (a) Ph.D. degree or at least relevant documents for PhD thesis submission in Chemistry in the subarea of materials science and (b) minimum average marks of 55% in B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree.
Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis and are awaiting award of the same also apply subject to receiving their Ph.D degree. Such candidates are eligible to draw fellowship as per with RA-I only after their Ph.D degree.
Experience: Experience on metal nanoclusters synthesis and photocatalysis, singlet oxygen generation using atomically precise metal nanoclusters.
No. of Post: One (1)
Duration: Initial appointment will be done for six months, which subjected to extension up to 1 year based on the candidate performance review and position availability.
Age Limit: 34 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per govt. rule.
Emoluments: As per rule of the Association
The post is purely temporary and it would therefore

No TA will be admissible for attending the interview.Note: For Ph.D holder, the original or provisional certificate and for the candidate who has submitted the thesis, the relevant documents like acknowledgement copy from the respective university or the authorized letter from the respective supervisor with signature and stamp mentioning the title of thesis, university registration number, date of submission is mandatory to produced during the interview
