IISER Kolkata Chemistry Jobs – Research Associate
Applications are invited for the position of Research Associate (one position) in the Department of Chemical Sciences (DCS), IISER Kolkata. This RA position is funded by the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata. The RA position will be awarded for a period of one year.
Research Area: Electroorganic Synthesis

Principle Investigator: Dr. Suman De Sarkar, Associate Professor, Dept. of Chemical Sciences
Remuneration: As per DST norm
Tenure: One year
Basic Eligibility Criteria: Ph.D. in Chemistry with at least two first-author research paper in SCI journals.
Desirable qualification: Exposure to electroorganic synthetic techniques.
Age Limit: Must not be over 34 years as on 31st December, 2019

**Conditions: No TA / DA will
be provided to the candidate for the interview. The decision of the selection committee will be final. The selected candidate may be terminated with a 30-day notice before completion of tenure, if their performance is deemed unsatisfactory.
