Job Title  Junior Officer

Experience : 1 – 3 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Job Description:

  • Plan and Conduct the laboratory experiments as per the plan and discuss the results with the Head-PD lab.
  • To document the lab trials properly as per the procedure.
  • Documentation and communication results and observations accurately
  • Ensuring that all the safety and GMP/GLP related procedures are followed and documented as per the regulatory requirement.
  • To maintain the housekeeping and neatness in the work area & laboratory as per the standards.
  • To comply with applicable EHS regulations, to verify environmental conditions and the personnel hygiene are being followed
  • To deliver efficient results as part of API process and product development
  • Ensure compliance of all work meeting the regulatory and safety norms
  • Carryout assigned experiments independently
  • Analyze the reaction findings with immediate superior and then proceed to the next step. Develop chemical process as that are environmentally acceptable, safe to handle and scalable for production.
  • Add value to the reaction process through innovative thinking. Yield/time cycle improvements, reduction of effluents, cost and overall energy utilization.

Qualifications

  • UG:B.Sc – Chemistry
  • PG:MS/M.Sc(Science) – Chemistry, Organic Chemistry
