Job Description:  

Position Purpose  Position Purpose

1) Assist Sr. Manager QA for efficient functioning through monitoring and good documentation
2) Compliance with Group Quality, Local and international authorities requirement
3) GMP abiding and ensuring compliance to the health, safety and environment policy.
4) Implementation and monitoring of effective training administration.

Major Accountabilities

1) Support line manager in Tech. Ops Kalwe in the training needs identification process.
2) To review all site cGMP training materials.
3) Review of training needs identification and preparation of Annual Training calendar.
4) Regularly update annual training plan & prepare annual training report.
5) Co-ordinate with internal and external trainer to organize training defined in the plan
6) Co-ordinate for unscheduled training and management of its documentation
11) To support the training of associates for GDP/GMP
12) Create the training groups, assign the trainings in SELS, uploading the Questionnaire, conduct audit trail of SELS annually.
13) Ensure all responsibilities are timely supported for associates on site for online training

.
14) To ensure training metrics for global monthly report and site quality council
15) To explain training management system & related documentation on site during customer /authority inspections 16) Create the training groups, assign the trainings in SELS, uploading the Questionnaire, conduct audit trail of SELS annually

Qualifications:  Msc/Bsc or Mpharm/ B Pharma English 7-10 yrs
