Eligible candidates are invited to apply for written test/ interviews for the following temporary posts on 07th November 2017 to be conducted at ICMR-NITM, Belagavi.
Job Title: SRF (CHEMISTRY)

Project Title: Preclinical evaluation of Safety and Efficacy of the decoction of the plant RMRC-BM IP-156 for Anti-diabetic activity and Characterization of active compound(s)
Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH Candidates as per Govt. of India norms.
Salary: Rs. 33,600/- per month fixed.
Qualifications:
- Essential Qualification :1st Class Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry from a UGC recognized University with NET qualification with 2 years of Post M.Sc. research experience in relevant field.
- Desirable Qualification : Post M.Sc. research experience in Phytochemistry/Natural Product Chemistry with handling of relevant instruments and analysis of phytoconstituents along with knowledge of Computer
Applications/Data Management.

handwriting and carry the same along with all original documents in support of age,
qualification, experience, and category (if applicable). Applications will be received between
8:30 A.M and 9.30 AM by hand on 07.11.2017 at ICMR- National Institute of Traditional
Medicine, Nehru Nagar, Belagavi. The candidates are also required to submit a soft copy of
the filled in application to [email protected] by 03.11.2017 as prior information of
attending test.
Candidates must report to the Centre on 07.11.2017 by 8.30 AM with all original
documents in support of age, qualification, experience and category along with a set of selfattested
photocopies and two recent passport size photographs.
Written test/Interview will be conducted for the above said posts from 9.30 A.M
onwards.
Prior information of attending of tests/interview is required by e-mail upto 03.11.2017. No
candidate shall be entertained after 9.30 A.M on the test day.
