Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 40 years for SC candidates on the normal closing date in respect of posts reserved for them. (Relaxable for Govt. Servants up to 5 years in accordance with instructions issued by the Central Govt.)
Eligibility:
a) Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with 1st class
b) Master’s degree in Pharmacy with 1st class or grade points more than 6.75 under CGPA.
c) Registration as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Desirable Qualifications:
Understanding of software packages in pharmacy as encouraged by a certification of 3 months period or one session as indicated in the analysis scheme of this vital eligibility prescribed for drugstore.
Duty(ies): Teaching Diploma and Post-Diploma Courses, Design and development of laboratory instruction, student assessment and evaluation, innovation in instruction, developing resources materials and assisting in curriculum development, R & D work on industrial problems and projects and assisting in extension service to the community, continuing education activities, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, student counseling . Assisting the department administration.
Probation: One year
N.B: The posts are temporary but likely to continue indefinitely.
