Job Description –
- Literature search, guidelines.
- Project development Feasibility report preparation
- Stability studies
- Formulation Development of solid orals, liquids and external preparations (semisolids), Cosmetics & personal care products.
- Process improvement and scale up trials of developed formulations.
- Reformulation and developing cost effective product.
- Manufacturing control
- Identification of new vendors, organizing technical audits, due diligence, agreements and negotiating for manufacturing of formulations.
- Material requirement planning and procurement of Raw and packaging material as per manufacturing requirements without affecting marketing demands.
- Preparation of master manufacturing and packaging document and review of batch records of manufacturing site.
- Technology transfer of developed formulations to manufacturing site.
- Documentation Preparation and review of formulation development reports.
- Regulatory support: to provide necessary documents to regulatory department, required for dossier submission, FDA audits, licenses application etc.
- Should be able to work under pressure and deliver to meet predefined stringent timelines.
