Job Overview:
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries is recruiting candidates for Chemistry Jobs under the role of Management Associate I / II at the Baska Plant. The selected candidates will be involved in pharmaceutical production operations including aseptic filling, filtration activities, cleaning and sanitization, documentation, and cGMP compliance. Candidates will
also support equipment qualification, production maintenance, and manufacturing operations while coordinating with different departments for routine production planning.Key Responsibilities:
- To Maintain discipline and co-operate with all the members working in the factory.
- To maintain shift schedule time to time as per instructions provided by immediate supervisor.
- To follow good hygienic practices, safety rules, and respective gowning procedure.
- To follow c-GMP practices.
- To participate in following activities with almost care of respective requirements:
- Production Area Maintenance.
- General Area (CNC) daily routine activity.
- General area Cleaning and Sanitization.
- Batch manufacturing and filtration activity.
- Passivation activity.
- Disinfectant solution preparation, filtration, and reconciliation activity.
- Classified area daily, weekly, and monthly activity.
- Clean Area related activities.
- Garment washing area related activities.
- Aseptic Filling and Filtration Activities.
- Equipment and area qualification.
- Area cleaning and sanitization.
- To coordinate with other supervisors in the area and other departments as per routine production planning.
- Online Documentation related to work, area, BMR etc.
- To affix and ensure status label on area/equipment/services/product of related area at each stage.
- To report incidents, abnormal observations during day-to-day activities to immediate supervisor.
- To fulfil the activities in other areas of working as required from time to time and directed by superior, executive, or production head after necessary training.
- To prepare the qualification and other protocols as per QMP for Block-D facility.
- To intimate engineering for machine breakdown & follow up to put machine back into operation.
- Reporting of day-to-day activities to the superior with specific highlight to important issues & development activities.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: B. Sc. (Chemistry)
- Experience: Tenure: 2-7 yrs.
