Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled Chemical Researcher with proven expertise in bench-scale technology development, raw material evaluation, and GMP/nGMP batch execution. If you excel in collaborating across Analytical, Pilot, and Kilo-lab teams, organizing patents and literature, sourcing raw materials, and driving eco-friendly, commercially viable technologies while ensuring EHS and compliance standards, this opportunity is ideal for candidates searching for research jobs and MSc Chemistry jobs in pharmaceutical R&D.
Key Responsibilities
- To work as part of a team
- Organize relevant patents and papers from the literature
- Organize/order raw materials/chemicals from different vendors/ WH.
- Develop the most economical/eco-friendly commercially viable technology at bench scale
- Coordinate with Analytical and Pilot members
- Interface with Kilo-lab, align equipment as per process requirement, and the GMP site
- Performance test of the Raw material received at the site for piloting
- Based on the R&D plan, parameter studies for select products will be carried out
- Escort and execution of nGMP batches and troubleshooting
- Escort batches during the GMP campaign
- To maintain the discipline and dignity of the organization
- Contribute novel ideas by way of participation during technical discussions with superiors/ colleagues
- To meet the EHS and compliance expectations
