Position Summary
Join AstraZeneca’s Patient Safety Global Business Services team as a Local Case Intake Advisor, where you will be responsible for managing local pharmacovigilance operations including intake, triage, and reporting of ICSRs (Individual Case Safety Reports). This role is central to ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across Marketing Companies.
Pharmacy Job at AstraZeneca – Key Responsibilities
- Intake and process adverse event (AE) reports from clinical and post-marketing sources
- Manage ICSR-related queries from Health Authorities
- Ensure Quality Management System compliance across procedural documents
- Support AE/PV training documentation and audit readiness activities
- Collaborate with internal teams on Digital, Social Media safety cases, and external partnerships
- Offer PV expertise for risk management, key product safety planning, and issue resolution
- Participate in ad-hoc projects in the local Marketing Company
Pharmacy Job at AstraZeneca – Required Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Sciences
- Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance and global PV practices
- Familiarity with Health Authority regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in vendor management
