Job Description:
Ami Polymer Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced R&D Lab Analyst to join our R&D team in Silvassa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing advanced analytical testing with a strong focus on Extractables & Leachables (E&L), method development, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Extractables & Leachables (E&L) studies in alignment with BPOG and regulatory guidelines such as USP, ICH Q3D, etc.
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments including LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, UHPLC, and GC-FID.
• Conduct method development, optimization, and validation for both targeted and non-targeted analyses.
• Interpret mass spectral, elemental, and chromatographic data for accurate reporting.
• Support wet chemistry testing such as pH, conductivity, and titrations.
• Prepare and review SOPs, method validation reports, and ensure full compliance with GLP, NABL, 21 CFR Part 11, and US FDA standards.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in analysis of Nitrosamines, PFAS, Bisphenol A, and unknown screening.
Candidate Profile:
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in an R&D or analytical lab environment
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills with attention to data integrity
• Good understanding of regulatory guidelines and documentation standards
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
