Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Research Fellow:
- Assist in the operation, maintenance, and calibration of food processing instruments and equipment.
- Support training programs, workshops, and research activities related to food processing.
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation.
- Ensure proper upkeep, organization, and cleanliness of the laboratories.
- Provide technical support to faculty, researchers, and students.
- Assist in departmental development activities and technology transfer initiatives.
General Instructions:
- Age Limit: 35 years for men and 40 years for women as on the last date of application.
