Job Description:
- Proficient in preparing, creating and supporting analytical evaluation methods for the testing of pharmaceutical products (such as Assay/ Residual of APIs), according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ICH requirements.
- Specialist in preparing analytical analysis report
- Experience in implementation of procedure validations/qualifications.
- Experience in eligibility of reference standard substances
- Proficient in interpretation of Mass and NMR data , an Extra advantage.
- Perform instrument calibrations – Create/write calibration schedule and protocol; perform calibration and make sure documentation.
- Troubleshoot gear failures – Identify possible causes of tool failure and ascertain products/results influenced by failure
- Solving complicated analytical chemistry issues.
- Moving new analytical Methods into the Quality Control (QC) lab
- Writing/reviewing specifications and methods of investigation.
- Writing/reviewing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain on business regulations/literature and explore better choice testing procedures.
- Exhibited lead involvement in self-inspections and Client inspections (both external & internal) ; guarantee compliance with all processes; adeptness in reacting to technical concerns concisely, without extraneous Details
- Accumulate knowledge and skills to perform complex analytical investigations and problem shoot analytical Issues
- Purchasing, validating and maintaining gear for analytical development tasks.
- Controlling laboratory chemicals necessary for analytical development tasks.
- Supervising, motivating, training and mentoring the worried project staff.
- Coordinate/Conduct the project groups required GMP security and analytical skills.
Qualifications:Â Master degree in Chemistry
