Job description for Shift Executive.
- Handling of shift-wise plant process, operation as per SOP.
- Use of proper PPE while material handling. Handling of suitable fire extinguishers in an emergency.
- Follow up for maintenance Jobs, Raw material, & Finished goods.
- Guide shift operators / during shift plant operation.
- Maintaining Health, Safety & Environment Norms.
- Maintain the standard Norms safe operating parameters as defined in SOPs.
- Handling & Planning of shift manpower and proper utilization.
- Monitoring of batch time cycle as per standard.
- Handling of Acid & Alkali, Solvents. Class –A & Class –B chemicals.
- Maintaining housekeeping as per the 5S standard.
- Achieve shift-wise production as per the planning/Targets.
- Smart & Hard work skills, Troubleshooter, Problem-solving ability with teamwork.
- Awareness of process parameters and safety interlocks.
- Execution & supervisor for Drumming, packing, and bagging activities.
- Supervision of Loading/Unloading of tankers.
- Supervision of Loading of ISO container.
- Knowledge of Unit operation.
- Knowledge of Basic chemistry.
