- Job Title: Officer G12C – EHS
- Location: Panoli – EHS
- Qualification: PG Diploma in Industrial Safety / BE Chemical
- Experience: Tenure: 02 to 04 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- To schedule and track EHS observation rounds in the EHS portal for all trained leadership team members and block in-charges.
- To develop an Emergency Response Team for the Plant.
- To maintain a daily record of safety statistics.
- To conduct training on firefighting, chemical safety, toolbox training, etc., to company & contract employees.
- To make an emergency response plan for emergency scenarios of the site and to conduct mock drills on the same as per the schedule/Legal requirement.
- To carry out plant safety inspection, safety audit & ensure compliance with recommendations.
- To calculate OSHA rate, Loss-time injuries, first aid cases, etc. & take necessary action for controlling them.
- To monitor the permit-to-work system at the site and provide timely feedback/communication to permit issuers.
- To investigate, prepare & report all incidents/accidents to all concerned parties.
- Ensure compliance with statutory & regulatory EHS requirements.
- To develop the EHS opex and CAPEX budget of the site and track them for completion.
- To conduct and ensure EHS departmental meetings, Plant safety committee meetings, contractor safety meetings, and Emergency response team meetings are being conducted regularly.
- To improve the EHS visual management at the site.
