As an EHS officer
and part of the R&D Lab Set-up & Operations team, you will play a critical role in establishing and running a safe, efficient, and compliant laboratory environment. This role supports innovation by ensuring lab infrastructure, equipment, and processes are reliable, well-maintained, and aligned with operational and safety standards.Responsibilities
- Enable smooth R&D lab operations by supporting lab infrastructure, equipment readiness, and daily functionality.
- Partner with R&D teams to ensure laboratory set-ups meet project and testing requirements.
- Drive safe laboratory practices through adherence to EHS standards and operational controls.
- Coordinate installation, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment with internal teams and vendors.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
- Drive site-level safety initiatives to prevent injuries and incidents.
- Partner with operations teams to identify hazards and implement risk controls.
Preffered
- Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations.
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary R&D teams in a manufacturing or technology environment.
