Purpose of the Role: Analytical development activities, lead a team, and assist with technical problem-solving on process development.
Role Accountabilities:
- Method development, Method evaluation, and validation of analytical methods.
- Handling of HPLC, GC, GCMS and LCMS instruments for allotted projects.
- Must take the lead on the project.
- Lead a team and assist with technical problem-solving.
- Handling of the KF instrument to check the moisture content for raw materials, solvents, and products.
- Record the observations of experiment/ activities, results, utilization of resources, and other analytical activities related to the experiment in LNB or ELNB following guidelines and in a timely manner, and ensure that the same is handled safely and confidentially.
- Adherence to all good documentation procedures and data integrity policies.
- Ensure there is no violation of any environment, health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) requirements, always in the workplace, ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.

Specific requirements for this role:

Education: Ph.D. (ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY) and must have industry experience in Analytical development activities, leading a team, and assisting with technical problem-solving on process development in an industry setting.
