Required Qualifications and Experience
• Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry /lifesciences , B.pharma , M.pharma .
• Experience: 1 to 6 years in pharmaceutical production, preferably in non-sterile
manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment handling, and safety norms.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in shifts.
• Preference for candidates familiar with regulatory requirements in pharma
production.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of non-sterile manufacturing processes and production
equipment.
• Sound understanding of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines applicable to pharma
production.
• Ability to monitor process parameters and ensure consistent product quality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
• Familiarity with documentation practices and regulatory compliance standards in
pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and safety.
