How you will contribute
- Deliver error-free weighing, blending, and recording of raw materials to ensure product quality.
- Support inventory control and production efficiency through SAP and Excel proficiency.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration while maintaining high sanitation standards.
- Ensure timely production by being flexible for overtime and handling unexpected situations.
- Uphold safety compliance by using PPE and following all regulatory requirements.
What you will need to be successful
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Science or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Technical Skills:
- SAP knowledge (mandatory for Executive/Senior Executive roles).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel.
Physical Ability: Capability to handle heavy materials (25 kg bags, 200 kg drums).
Behavioral Competencies: Job Knowledge, Problem Solving, Results Orientation, Teamwork.
Work Attributes: Ability to work unsupervised, adapt to change, and manage off-shift responsibilities.
Compliance Awareness: Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols.
