Position: Junior Research Fellow in Ultrafast Spectroscopy Study of Organic Optoelectronic Materials
The Ultrafast Spectroscopy Research Group, led by Prof. Partha Pratim Roy at IIT Gandhinagar
(IITGN), invites applications for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF). The initial appointment is for one year, with a possibility of extension to a maximum term of three years, subject to the candidate’s satisfactory performance in the previous year.Job Description: As a Junior Research Fellow, you will:
- Conduct cutting-edge research in time-resolved spectroscopy with applications in solar energy and organic optoelectronic materials.
- Be involved in material fabrication and characterization.
Position Details:
- Start Date: As soon as possible.
- Stipend: 37,000 INR per month
Eligibility Criteria:
- A consistently good academic record (a minimum of 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onwards and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th).
- M.Sc. or BS-MS in Chemistry, Physics, or Material Science.
- Candidates with GATE or CSIR-UGC NET qualification or with qualification in National Level Examination conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER etc.
