As an incumbent Product Safety Data Entry Specialist Intern, you will input clinical and non-clinical testing (e.g., chemical characterization, in vitro, and biocompatibility testing) data from existing electronic files
into an Excel spreadsheet and review records for accuracy. This position is a strong chemistry internship opportunity and serves as an ideal internship for chemistry students looking to build practical experience for future chemistry careers. In collaboration with Kimberly-Clark’s Digital Technology Team (DTS), he/she will upload the electronic files and associated data to K-C’s Enterprise Workflow Management Tool – EtQ. The incumbent needs to be detail-oriented, proficient with computers and database software, and able to work independently.Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experiences
- Master’s degree in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Chemistry, or other Life Sciences.
- Strong IT literacy and demonstrated proficiency in working within database environments. Proficient in using Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with the Global Testing Program Manager and the DTS team.
- Basic knowledge of standard clinical testing and non-clinical testing.
- Familiarity with Kimberly-Clark product types.
