Responsibilities

  1. To perform Raw material sampling as per the sampling plan.
  2. To make all necessary entries in the instrument usage log and column usage log as per GLP requirements.
  3. To perform physical, chemical, & Instrumental testing of Raw materials.
  4. To prepare, Volumetric solution, Test solution, and reagents as per requirement.
  5. To make sample registration, issuance of a template, and entry of analytical data in LIMS.
  6. Arrangement of the control sample at its designated place and to maintain the control sample index and other necessary documents.
  7. Participation in the investigation of events/OOS in the Quality Control department.
  8. To follow the safety precautions while sampling and testing of Raw materials in the laboratory.
  9. To take the precautions as per MSDS while handling the strong acids like Sulphuric acid, Nitric acid, Hydrochloric acid, poisonous and hazardous chemicals.
  10. Give support to the team leader during audits and at the time of other investigation.
  11. Arrange to send the Raw material samples to the approved laboratories for testing purpose.
  12. Work closely with the section head to ensure that the laboratory is maintained in an audit ready state.
  13. To report critical findings to section head and Quality Control Head on daily basis.
  14. Perform any other task allotted by Quality Control Head.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: M.Sc./ B. Pharm
  • Experience: Tenure 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
