job Description
- Coordinate with the site buyer and align with the RFP business requirements results to meet the RFP commitments and timeline.
- Check the Open POs on a daily basis, and make sure the delivery schedules are up-to-date. Also, monitoring the stock confirmation from PPIC, and cross-verifying the stocks with Open POs and arrival timelines.
- Tracking the material release status with QC for the RFP materials.
- Check the safety stocks of common solvents required for RFP projects.
- Tracking the courier or transporter for the timely receipt of materials.
- Monitoring the cylinder stocks (for RFP projects) and planning the staggered receipt of Cylinders (Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Oxygen, and other specialty gases).
- Coordinating with the site buyer for Alternate vendor development by following up on the samples and vendor questionnaires for critical RM /Non-critical RM/catalyst/solvents.
Coordinating with Warehouse:
- Checking the SAP stocks & Physical stocks of project reserved materials, and coordinating with the Warehouse to ensure the prompt material issuances as per the production batch plan.
- Check and share the pre-shipment documents, COAs, MSDS, and ensure the smooth flow of material inward.
Coordinating with Quality Assurance:
- Follow-up for the Vendor Questionnaires for any new material and coordinating with QA and the supplier until the vendor is approved.
- In case of GMP campaign, arranging samples of Critical raw materials for the vendor approval process as per the site buyer’s suggestion.
- Once the Change control is raised by the site buyer, follow up on change controls for internal stakeholders’ approvals until the Change control approval.
- Sharing the Raw material failure notifications with the supplier & following up for the investigation report and CAPA receipt from the supplier, & Coordinating with the Supplier and site QA, and organizing the vendor audit closure document.
