External Job Description
Job Purpose:
Development of New products, product modifications and upgrades, product testing and benchmarking, joint value creation
.Primary Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization of the technical approaches, planning and execution of the experiments – Processing of batches of product under development using various paint processing Equipments.
- Testing of the experimental designs as per test protocol defined, generating and recording data.
- Conducting application/ product validation trials at sites which can be located at different locations across India.
- Generation of the test reports and evaluation of samples for optical and other aspects of paint performances.
- Evaluation of alternate RMs in the existing product formulation for suitability and performance assessment.
- Support to plant wrt standardization of the product at PEL/OPC.
- Preparing the technical reports, maintaining appropriate and updated records of experiments in lab notebook & Optiva.
- Testing of complaint samples if any and resolution.
- Active participation in ISO as well as OSHSA activities.
- Handling of customer complaints.
Qualifications: B.Tech polymer science, MSc chemistry
Work Experience: 1-3 Years in construction chemicals/waterproofing/tile adhesives
