Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented trainee to join our Downstream Plasma R&D team.

The intern will support process development, optimization, and routine downstream processing operations in plasma protein purification.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Downstream Plasma R&D:
   Assist in downstream process development, optimization, and plasma fractionation activities.

2. Buffer Preparation:
   Prepare and standardize process buffers and reagents according to SOPs.

3. Instrument Handling:
   Operate and maintain laboratory instruments including pH meters, spectrophotometers, and conductivity meters.

4. Depth Filtration:
   Perform depth filtration for plasma and protein purification under aseptic conditions.

5. Protein Purification (TFF):
   Assist in Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) operations for concentration and diafiltration.

6. BPG Column Packing:
   Support BPG column packing, operation, and basic maintenance for chromatographic
   separations.

7. Lab & Record Maintenance:
   Maintain laboratory cleanliness, equipment logs, calibration records, and experimental
   documentation as per GLP and GMP standards.

Skills & Competencies:

· Understanding of downstream processing (filtration, chromatography, TFF)
· Basic knowledge of buffer chemistry and analytical techniques
· Strong documentation and record-keeping skills

to follow SOPs and comply with safety and quality standards
