Educational Requirements for Executive assistant job Role:

Master’s degree (MSc) in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Solid understanding of analytical chemistry and laboratory instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities for Executive assistant job Role:

Develop and validate analytical methods using HPLC, GC, and Ion Chromatography systems.

Perform chemical and wet analysis of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), including water content, LOD, titration, and UV analysis.

Operate and maintain EMPOWER and Chromeleon analytical software systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve analytical and instrumentation issues efficiently.

Conduct regular instrument calibrations (GC, LC, IC, KF, UV, Auto Titrator, etc.).

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and data recording protocols.

Utilize LIMS, QMS, and EDMS tools for data management and quality assurance.

Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Skills Required for Executive assistant job Role:
