Educational Requirements for Chemical Engineering Apprentice:

B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes, chemical dosing systems, sludge treatment, and associated calculations is preferred
Key Responsibilities for Chemical Engineering Apprentice:

Design processes for water treatment (DAF, RGFs, disinfection, membrane filtration) and wastewater treatment (ASP, RBC, SBR, SAF, MBBR, MBR)

Prepare process flow diagrams, mass balances, and P&IDs
-
Develop process control philosophy and site layout designs
-
Write technical reports throughout the project lifecycle

Apply HAZOP, DSEAR, CDM, WIMES, British and European standards

Ensure quality, budget, and health & safety compliance
-
Contribute to innovative solutions and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
