Department Details Role Summary LYO Operation/Monitoring
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure CIP, SIP, VLT and lyo cycles of Lyophilizer and automatic loading and unloading of Lyophilizer as per respective SOPs.
- Preparation and revision of SOPs of Lyophilizer and automatic loading and unloading system and strictly adhering to the standard operating procedures and good documentation practices.
- Ensure online documentation and participate in qualification and validation of Lyophilizer with validation team.
- Monitoring of lyophilisation cycle, taking print out and review the lyophilisation cycle report.
- Maintaining the change parts and spares of Lyophilizer and automatic loading & unloading system.
- Ensure that area and equipment cleaning is done as per respective SOPs.
- To coordinate with compliance team for documents i.e. change controls, deviations.
Educational Qualifications
Required Education Qualification: B.pharma
Required Experience: 3 – 6 years
