Educational Requirements for Analytical Scientist Job Role:

Ph.D. in Analytical / Organic Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences with at least 3 years of experience
OR -
Master’s Degree in Analytical / Organic Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences with over 6 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities for Analytical Scientist Job Role:

Serve as a technical lead for reference standard development and suitability studies

Develop, transfer, validate, and optimize analytical methods in compliance with ICH, USP, and EP guidelines

Ensure quality documentation and regulatory compliance in all laboratory operations

Conduct scientific data analysis, interpretation, and reporting for decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business goals

Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality standards

Support project management, stability studies, and technology transfers in collaboration with CRO partners

Drive compliance with corporate and divisional quality systems
Skills Required for Analytical Scientist Job Role:

Expertise in analytical techniques: HPLC, GC, LC, KF, MS, FTIR, NMR

Strong knowledge of QMS, GLP, GMP, and regulatory standards (ICH, USP, EP)

Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Proficient in LIMS and stability study documentation
