About You:
Qualifications & Skills required for STEM Analyst Associate Job Role :
- M.Sc in Chemistry, General Chemistry, or Organic Chemistry.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in chemical drawing packages (e.g., ISIS Draw).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets.
- Knowledge of at least one chemical structure handling tool and IUPAC nomenclature is an asset.
- Comprehensive knowledge of chemical reactions, formulae, catalysts, additives, and their functions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities for STEM Analyst Associate Job Role:
- Analyze and interpret chemical processes from multiple data sources.
- Draw chemical structures and annotate them with appropriate codes.
- Communicate insights effectively through written reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Achieve production volume and quality targets, recording performance against targets.
- Contribute actively within the team to meet goals and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Stay updated on current developments in relevant technology areas.
